How We Started
John Morland, CPM, President and Broker founded Southwest Management of Arizona in 1985. As a Certified Property Manager, the highest form of education in the property management industry, his company goal has always been to be the leading provider of real estate management services in the Yuma area by providing exceptional service to our residents, business customers and clients.
How We’re different
At Southwest Management our staff has nearly a century of combined property management experience. Our expertise spans the spectrum of single family homes, apartment communities up to 120 units, office buildings to 26,000 sf, plus the 92,443 SF Yuma Mesa Shopping Center. No other locally owned property management firm or real estate office can claim such a diverse spectrum of expertise or boast such an experienced staff.
