Southwest Management Of Arizona was formed in 1985. Our primary business is the successful management of multi-family apartment communities and commercial office, medical and retail buildings, we also manage single family homes. We employ more than twenty (20) people in the Yuma area that come to work each day devoted to real estate management.

John Morland, owner and founder of Southwest Management, earned his CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in June 1993. He is the only Certified Property Manager in Yuma County who prior to receiving the CPM designation managed a minimum portfolio of 300 units for five consecutive years. Since the formation of Southwest Management he has supervised and managed more than 2,200 apartment units, 335,000 square feet of commercial office, medical and retail space, an RV Subdivision, a Mobile Home/RV Park, as well as business and homeowner associations. His leadership and management responsibilities in the Marine Corps, followed by his day to day career in the property management field for more than 30 years, along with the specialized training and education he has received has made Southwest Management of Arizona the leading real estate management organization in the Yuma area.

Though real estate management is our primary business, we also have a separate sales division to assist investors and homeowners alike. While we have represented large multi million dollar clients, we also recognize that potential home owners make excellent residents. Therefore, we offer special incentives to help our residents save for homeownership which in turn provides our management clients with the best qualified residents.
